Pouch Pak® System
At Summit we understand the importance of an accurate dosing schedule for your residents. We provide multi-dose pouches to make medication administration easier. The Pouch Pak® System is designed to:

  • Individually package & label medication for each administration time
  • Dispense on a 7-day cycle for each resident
  • Include name, date, drug name, drug description & bar code identification
  • Provide a tamper evident package

30-Day Blister Card
An alternative to the Pouch Pak® System is our 30-day blister card. This card offers the following features:

  • Practical administration of PRN’s
  • Convenient format for narcotic counts
